Hi again Marcus,

Is it safe to say that there isn't a rerio model for m6A calling on prom? I accidentally tried the minion/grid model on a prom run and I'm observing a much higher methylation percentage genome wide compared to the same sample ran on gridion. If this is true, is there a timeline for prom compatibility?

There is not currently a 6mA all-context modified base model in Rerio. I'm transferring this issue over to Rerio and will update when such a model is available.

There is not currently a timetable to produce this model. We are working on a larger streamlining of modified base model training, so hopefully the full suite of models can be trained more efficiently in the future (but again no hard timetable for this model at this time).
