ERROR: No AMD OPENCL or NVIDIA CUDA GPU found WIN10 R9 290 4GB
Hi,
I have been testing on the latest version of Claymore V10.0 my SAPPHIRE R9 290 with 4GB RAM. The drivers are installed and the card is recognized in device manager But when Claymore starts it gives the error No AMD OPENCL or NVIDIA CUDA GPU found and just exits. I don't think I have a hardware problem as everything is installed and detected correctly in windows Please can someone tell me what I'm missing? p.s. I've seen some threads about this issue but some were to do with linux and some for graphics cards which aren't compatible, neither of these applies so I decided to start a new thread

i am facong the same problem in windows 7 while in windows 10, i get Error 12 (windows could not find the enought resource). I have also updated my BIOS MoBo: asrock H81 BTC 2.0 GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 x 6
I have found, it is bcoz libcurl.DLL is missing but i have tried various registry fixers or libcurl installation method but i m stuck with 2 errors. Window 7 - No AMD OPENCL or NVIDIA CUDA GPU found and just exits (Libcurl.dll missing) Windows 10 - Error 12 (not enough resources)
I am also facing the same issue.

Has there been any resolution to this issue?
any solution?
I found an article that said Windows 10 update has an issue with opencl.dll on Intel machines. I think Windows 10 removed the file. I found a video explaining it and the YouTube video had a link to a replacement file that's working like a champ. I guess I'll have to replace it if Windows deletes the file again.
You need to run command: Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth After operation just run you start.bat again
