Can two agents get notified of tickets
Hi I have two agents setup. Is it possible that BOTH agents get an email when a ticket is sent in? Currently, only I the admin is getting notified and this is not good as when I am asleep the other admin is awake so this way we have 24 hours covered. Without him getting an email we do not get to see that ticket until my time zone is awake again. Many Thanks
