Update nginx

Currently the latest nginx version available in Nanobox seems to be 1.12.2: http://packages.nanobox.io/2017/11/base/index.html

However, the latest version is 1.14.0/1.125.0: https://nginx.org/en/download.html

Please update the nginx Nanobox package.

Also, please include the uwsgi module. uWsgi is a faster and recommended way in Django documentation
