docs: add Jest error `Unexpected token 'export'` to possible errors

Encountered this error when running Jest after installing Tamagui.

This PR updates the documentation to help users resolve the Unexpected token 'export' error when using Jest with moti. The update includes a solution to add moti to the transformIgnorePatterns array in the Jest configuration to handle ES module syntax.
