Update neo4j version for tests/fix broken/test pretty-up initialization output

When I cloned this repo 44 of the tests were failing. Updating the version of the test db fixed all but one. I fixed that test in node_spec and added one to make the return value for .new() display something other than:

 (Object doesn't support #inspect)
