Project Abandoned? Missing NPM Package Version

v3.0.0 is missing from npm repository https://www.npmjs.com/package/winston-graylog2

I'm planning to integrate this with a new project, I see the last commit was almost 3 years ago. Is this project still being maintained? If so, are there any plans to upload the latest package into npm?
