Cannot specify dictionaries' path.

In Settings -> Data, there's no way to specify dictionaries' path.

QDict fixed its dictionaries path in /sotrage/emulated/0/QDict. However, /sotrage/emulated/0 is emulated external storage, instead of the real SD card.
