Is mongokit compatible with mongodb 3.0?

At the moment, no.

It looks like it will be a big effort to do so with the current codebase, which is why we started a soft fork here: https://github.com/pricingassistant/mongokat

@goanpeca you are welcome to try! I initially started as a pull request to mongokit but the changes needed were just too big and it was easier to start over.
