Please add a "seed" to the shuffle feature. Every time I select shuffle it is the exact same sequence every time. Try day of the year x (another variable). Just a suggestion.

shuffle should always be completely random, please add reproduce steps to know where the issue is
if u mean player shuffle, make sure "shuffle all" is enabled
