LRC support for YouTube videos using Musixmatch, Lrclib, kugou,rtc
I want to be able to sit down and play a song from YouTube and then below it there would be a Spotify like card for lyrics or a searchable option like the one provided for local songs
Using Musixmatch, Lrclib, kugou, etc can be helpful.
Simpmusic does it well with their own local lyrics sharing solution. Maybe have a talk with him ? Also the card doesn't look that pretty so maybe use the theming from spotify

thanks for the suggestion, currently u can disable "yt style miniplayer" and u will be able to see lyrics for yt just like local music
currently we use lrclib.net only, most other providers are paid etc

Man you are a God sent . The solution works flawlessly. I can watch a video while the lyrics pause for some time and it auto continues from where it left off. Simply Marvelous
Only if other people knew about this trick would everyone be able to enjoy it.
How about a small description on the settings page using an (i) button near the "Youtube-style miniplayer" to tell the users they won't be able to access lyrics if they enable it.
Also a suggestion for the lyrics grabber.
If it fails to get lyrics from Lrclib how about a "Search online and upload to lrclib" button below the the sad face. It would be helpful and let users find their lyrics while helping others in the process. I saw this feature on "Metrolist".

I am going to go uninstall metrolist now. All I liked about it was it's lyrics. Now i have no use for it.

Yep! Adding two buttons; one to save (ie local save) and one to save and share (to upload to lrc lib)
I also noticed that some lrc files just work but some people who copy the video or re-upload it have their video after a intro or something that makes it out of sync which is really annoying. If we were perhaps able to increase or decrease some seconds or milli seconds it would be in perfect sync and there would be no need to upload the corrected lrc file again and again to lrc lib. Just the original with some fine tuning would solve the issue.
