[FEATURE REQUEST] Tag Auto‑Suggest from Library
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When editing music tags in Namida, I often end up with multiple slightly different spellings of the same artist/album/genre (e.g., “Adel” vs. “Adele”). This makes the library inconsistent and harder to manage.
Describe the solution you'd like When typing in a tag field (Artist, Album Artist, Album Title, Genre, etc.), Namida should suggest existing values from the user’s library that match what’s being typed — similar to how Musicolet does it. Example: typing “ade” in the Artist field would show a suggestion for “Adele” if that exists in the library.
Describe alternatives you've considered Manually typing the full name every time or scrolling through lists to copy existing tags — both are slower and prone to errors.
Additional context This would help keep metadata consistent and speed up tag editing for large music libraries. Could optionally also include Composer, Lyricist, etc.
Apps Musicolet - implements this feature very well.
lmaooo bro from #653 just suggested a similar thing (i imagine u both writing at the same time xd)
but one downside is the performance, we either can do the easy thing and just do a simple search but that might be noticeable (ui freezes), or go more complex and build indexes. both will be hard options lmao, but good suggestion
