[FEATURE REQUEST] Reorderable Playlists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Make the playlists on playlist screen Reorderable by dragging ie add a "Custom Order" sort option in playlist sort pop-up, similar to how to works in "Sort By (Reorderable)" pop-up while sorting songs inside a playlist.

i understand it will be useful, good idea. altho it will require some rewrite and ensuring that they don't get resorted after certain actions, will consider it
