Consider separating scheduling as an individual feature

Currently, many actions that trigger subsequent actions define these automations within the preceding action. This pattern sometimes breaks the feature isolations, and make automation management spread out across the application....

In mongodb, it is shown that these tasks are cancelled.  However, it is shows as "in-progress" in studio app. 

This prevents running individual modules under the utils folder as inspect is also a system module used widely.
