Subdomains of names with DNAME return NXDOMAIN

Steps to reproduce

./q @127.0.0.1 www.radio.bit
./q @127.0.0.1 www.biteater.dtdns.net

Expected results

Both queries should return the same results, since radio.bit DNAMEs to biteater.dtdns.net.

Observed results

The www.radio.bit query returns NXDOMAIN.

Other notes

I'm not sure if this is a bug in ncdns or madns.

Looking at the madns source code I strongly suspect that this is a madns bug.
