Log incoming requests and attempts to contact namecoind

When I'm running ncdns, the debug output doesn't have any info about incoming DNS requests, or attempts to contact namecoind to fulfill those requests. As such, it's very hard to tell when Unbound has actually sent any DNS traffic to ncdns. This info should be logged.
