FAQ should explain why Namecoin doesn't use auction allocation

We seem to be getting frequent inquiries about why Namecoin doesn't use an auction-based allocation system (as Bitshares DNS, ENS, and Handshake do); it would be useful to cover this in the FAQ.

Namecoin did use a reverse auction-based system to allocate domains initially; see the design documents. The Coase theorem says it doesn't matter anyway.
