Consider adding Internet of Coins once their exchange is deployed
Internet of Coins is allegedly developing an exchange feature (seems to be atomic-swap-based?). Once they've deployed it, we should consider whether to add them to the Exchanges list, and whether they qualify as a Decentralized Exchange.
Full disclosure: Internet of Coins is funded by NLnet (as is Namecoin), and I first heard of them via the NLnet website. However, the subject of Internet of Coins has never come up in any discussions between Namecoin and NLnet.
It looks like their application is a web wallet, served by a server that you need to trust won't deliver code that steals keys or violates privacy. Assuming that I'm correct (I've only looked briefly), I think this should disqualify Internet of Coins from the Decentralized Exchanges list, but it's not a problem for being listed as an Exchange. (Sigh, at some point we're going to need to start coming up with a formal set of requirements....)
ACK a more formal set of requirements.
Reference to "Atomic/escrow swaps tech" is at https://internetofcoins.org/about , AFAICT it's not implemented yet.
https://internetofcoins.org/about lists "Swap technology" as "2020"; AFAICT it isn't implemented yet.
