History docs: need citation for fear of Bitcoin sites being censored

The History docs seem to infer that because WikiLeaks had its domains seized the month after BitDNS was proposed, Appamatto was motivated by fear of Bitcoin sites being censored. This is certainly plausible, but it would probably be a good idea to either dig up a primary source citation for this, or to make it clear that this is speculation rather than fact.
