Remove mentions of I2P naming since our I2P support isn't supported at the moment

AFAIK Namecoin hasn't actually supported I2P naming since Convergence for Namecoin stopped working. We should probably remove mentions of I2P from the documentation, e.g. in dot-bit/index.md.
