SOPA is kind of old by now

dot-bit/index.md states:

With standard DNS, the digital phonebook can falsely claim "there's no website here"; this is what SOPA would have mandated in the U.S.

SOPA is quite old by now; are there more recent examples of DNS censorship that we can cite?

Sci-Hub, Library Genesis, and The Pirate Bay are blocked in Europe. Zero Hedge, LiveLeak, archive.is, and a few other sites were blocked in Australia and New Zealand circa March 2019. Various second/third world countries do wacky stuff with the Internet. Many countries, such as Lebanon, block unregulated gambling websites.
