Some DNS seeds not listening on TCP

Upstream https://github.com/gombadi/dnsseeder recently fixed support for DNS over TCP. This issue is for tracking upgrading our DNS seeds accordingly.

ok, thanks for the fix-up. confirm the update of dnsseed1.nmc.dotbit.zone and dnsseed2.nmc.dotbit.zone, up and running with latest dnsseeder git master.

Thanks @ss11s, I can confirm that both of your seeds work over TCP now.

mjgill89 informs me that they expect to upgrade within the next week.
