Internal New Names

For new name operations the name should be shown internal at the transactions tab. Suggested in #305 by @Tradefreak, continued here.

Isn't this extremely hard? You're not currently storing the name anywhere, so it seems like a lot of code to add. I admit it would be convenient though. Maybe we could add it as a hint inside CWalletTx?
