Android builds for 3.3.10 are broken

Android builds for 3.3.10 are broken for the following reasons:

  • [x] Need to backport 56cb45df7014767d953cf9efd5d5b8266d070064.
  • [ ] Fix for https://github.com/kivy/python-for-android/issues/2170 needs to get into a python-for-android release.

Once these are fixed, we should build Android binaries. Until then, Electrum-NMC 3.3.10 will not have Android binaries.
