"Registration Pending" text is confusing

UNOList shows a Status of Registration Pending for name_new outputs. It is non-obvious to users how long they'll need to wait for the registration to complete. Text such as Registration Pending, ETA 1hr 20min would be less confusing.

We should check the transaction queue rather than assume 12 blocks of pending status, because it's possible to set a queued transaction to trigger at a different depth.
