"Configure Name" dialog doesn't explain "Transfer to" field

The "Configure Name" dialog should explain that leaving the "Transfer to" field empty will result in the current wallet owning the name, while entering a Namecoin address there will result in that address being the new owner.

Kudos to DogHunter on the Namecoin forum for reporting this UX bug.
