Skins Applies To Bots

Whenever you take control of a bot, it sets the skins to the bot. This would be something that if stopped would be greatly appreciated. Also, a good feature to have to act more as real skins.

currently this is the intended behavior as I don't track (anywhere) what weapons are "ours", everything in the hand of the current user gets the skins applied
