Themes Don't Apply (22H2 Windows 10)

I'm not sure what to do, i've done everything right by patching and even putting all the themes in the themes folder, but when i apply the theme, it's just colors and that's it, no change whatsoever, just colors

Which themes are you trying to apply? It's possible that the ones you applied aren't compatible with 22H2
