Accent colour stuck on the default blue (in some places)

After trying ont SecureUXTheme along side a theme, I decided I didn't really like the theme and wanted to get rid of it, so I set the theme back to the "Windows 10" theme, which worked fine, but after setting my accent colour I realised certain elements refused to change.

Such as the CTRL+ALT+DEL page, the restart page, a blue flash when locking the computer which is all rather frustrating, theres many articles involving this yet seemingly no fix?

Having this issue as well on a fresh Windows 10 install and having a custom accent color set up before installing SecureUXTheme. I've applied the registry tweak mentioned in #43 but it doesn't work.
