Weird bug when upgrading from 3.04 => 3.11

Hey! Been a while since using the program and wanted to upgrade from v3.04 to v3.11. Downloaded the latest MACHINE version (for all users). Installed v3.11 successfully, but then I experienced several weird bugs.

Before restart:

• When pressing right click and choosing Hashes, the program would launch v3.04 again and not v3.11.
• I checked the Programs and Features, v3.11 is installed.

After restart:

• When pressing right click and choosing Hashes now, the Windows explorer process would crash and restart itself.

So what I did:

• Completely uninstall the program.
• Restart the computer once more.
• Install the program again.
• Now when I right click and choosing Hashes, the program is working OK and the version is 3.11.

Is there a serious problem when upgrading versions??
