whats is extra_sequences and how to check the model with video feed

can you please tell me more about no_sequences and extra_sequences how to consider that... let say i have 3 action with 50 video respectively, no_sequences (i am thinking, how much frame we need to consider for training) no_sequences i am considering is 30 and what will be the extra_sequences?

and how to the model accuracy with video/ video feed!!!
