Error - incompartible API from CURA 2.3.1

Info out of cura.log: Plugin PrintCostCalculator uses an incompatible API version, ignoring

I haven't updated it yet so it works correctly with 2.3.1

A lot of the stuff needs to be changed, as it needs to grab the info from the XML profile now (instead of having just a single density & price setting)
