I am confused

So I think this may possibly be able to fix my problems however I have absolutely no idea what all these files are for or like what I need to do at all so any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Hi! This repo contains sources for .dll file to run Blender on Win7 x64. To tell the truth, you don't even need to compile this sources. Everything is done for you.

Click on "Releases" (from the right side of the main page) then click api-ms-win-core-path-blender-0.3.1.zip to download file. After extracting it you get the folder "api-ms-win-core-path-blender". There're 2 folders in it. From "x64" copy file "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll" to root folder where Blender is installed.

After that Blender 2.93 will be able to run on Win7. Tested on the last 2.93.6
