3D image visualization?

Hi Thanks for the wonderful explanation. I would like to know how you created those 3D images ,are they particular slice ,so represented in 2D or you used tool?

If there is any python script to visualize 3D volumes then please guide,it will be great help

You can use ITK Snap for viewing the .mha files. The images are downloaded from BRATS data set and each image comes with 4 modalities and each is having 155 slices in axial view(Please see README.md).
