unfortunnaly, there is another python package called sickle
It looks like it already is... it's called sickle-trim.

Any chance of getting it on the osx-64 channels? I try and receive the following output:
$ conda install sickle-trim Fetching package metadata ...............
PackageNotFoundError: Package missing in current osx-64 channels:
