Bummer.
Same here
Try running with --ignore-check
option.
You can also try running the MSI Gaming App in Windows and turn on the RGB header from there (it is disabled by default). Then warm boot back into Linux. If you turn off your power supply, the SIO gets reset to defaults and you will have to do this again. You could install Win10 on a thumbdrive if you don't have dual boot setup.

I don't have Windows on my computer... I think this soft has been developped to work on Linux...

This soft has been developed to work on Linux with B350 MORTAR ARCTIC board to scratch my own exclusive itch. The fact that it tends to work with some other boards and for other people is an accident.
What @dcerisano proposed is a workaround that might help to make this tool to work with your board, you’re welcome to not try it.
Okay, it seems I can kinda control the RGB strip now, for whatever reason. Still not sure about the timing info. Is there a way to set a single solid color, like all red?
It’s not working as expected. Even with the ignore option. What would be the steps to research why it is not working here? If somebody can give me any tips I can give it a try :)
You will have to give more detail. Also please look around at the other issues, there is a lot of repeated detail about getting msi-rgb working.
Mostly, you need to first init the header in Windows using the msi gaming app every time you unplug your computer (resets the SIO chip). Then boot into linux and run msi-rgb.
The format for animations is given in the other issues. Also keep in mind this is only guaranteed to work on MSI Mortar Arctic mobos, but other mobos with similar Nuvoton SIO chips have found success.
