I have the NCT6795D chip on the board.

It's unclear to me if this application is capable of changing the on-board integrated LEDs or if it only controls the LED header...

It should only change the LEDs on the strip, but is also ought to be able to turn off all leds, including those on the Motherboard.

I have an MSI X370 Gaming Pro, and I just wanted to say you can add it to the list of compatible boards. It works under Kubuntu. :-)
