Timezone UTC+1 doesn't work

Tried setting timezone to UTC+1 and it doesn't seem to work. When I run docker compose up I get agendav | PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Invalid date.timezone value 'UTC+1', using 'UTC' instead in Unknown on line 0. Setting it to Europe/Berlin works though so I'll do that for now
