Currently `dstask undo` results in the last commit being undone. This is OK for most commands but some commands can result in multiple commits so `undo` is unintuitive in this...

I'd rather megafilter was more verbose in the console, but without any `console.log`s in the aggregator. It must be purely functional. There should be a `log.js` module for this.
