Allow specifying peer public key for `add` command

Such that the server never knows the peer private key. Should be easy, as the only thing that needs changing is the add command prompt.

Would be cool to see this.

Seems like https://github.com/naggie/dsnet/pull/79 would solve this. Can that get merged in?
