Update docs to include IP forwarding configuration or make dsnet up do it

As I've only used dsnet on machines that have IP forwarding enabled, it never occurred to me to add forwarding instructions to the docs. Context: https://github.com/naggie/dsnet/issues/34

Could make a default postUp/postDown command to handle this.
