@tinohager I have some proposed changes for the SpainProvider.cs file. What would be your preferred way to provide the changes?

@fidelpita I don't know how familiar they are with github and git. Normally a pull request is the best solution for this. If there are several changes it is advantageous to send several separate pull requests so it is possible to wave individual changes through faster. Of course this makes it a lot more complicated.
