A minor campaign

Hello,

This is the first chapter of a minor campaign I scripted. This is a pirate-bashing campaign ending with a large-scale battle. I added a small faction and an event around this mission. I plan to code the second chapter that will involve more contact with the Soromid (and baddies that are more original than the pirates). At the end of the campaign, the player should be able to land on more Soromid worlds.

As usual, proofreading is probably needed

I've pushed some changes to the first two missions on my naev/militie branch. However, I believe this still needs a fair amount of work before it can be merged. It would be great if someone else could also look over it.
