0xSplits's [Swapper](https://docs.0xsplits.xyz/core/swapper) contract is doing what @DanielVF has suggested. I still think the problem is discovery of the swap.

FYI, I've removed `SafeMath` from the OETH Vault as part of the collateral swap changes. Note `VaultAdmin` still requires `StableMath`.
