Touch/Mobile Support?
Hi! I just came across this and was curious if Touch/Mobile support was on your roadmap or radar for this project?
Not at the moment. I'm not sure how to translate a lot of the UX over to mobile. Namely navigation, copy pasting, etc.
If it was in mobile, it would be a very stripped down version of this.
fwiw– andriod is now the most popular OS on the internet https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/04/03/android_beats_windows_on_internet/
@nadbm re UX, take a look at how handsontable does it as it works relatively well (not perfect, but passable) on iOS.
I would also love to see / contribute to the mobile web feature. I frequently update or create spreadsheets on my galaxy S7. For another example of phone UX - from a native app - Google Spreadsheets is good.

Basic touch support on this would be great. Nothing fancy- just to make the cells editable on touch screens. Is this at all possible?

Yes can this be possible?
We noticed that in IPad we need a long press to trigger the dataEditor event. we need to trigger dataEditor event while touching the cell (not the long press). Is there way to fix this issue ?
Is there any update on this?
I really need this feature. Is it possible to make a cell into edit mode programmatically?
Any updates on this, seems like a dead thread!
