The bot shows my own info if the author of forwarded message has restricted forwards

Using new privacy settings, one could restrict forwarding. This means that clicking their nickname on a forwarded message won't open their profile. Bot identifies such messages as your own. Expected: show explicit error message, if nothing can be done to this.

I just found this code base and cannot assess whether it's doable at all with this restriction, apart from the telegram protocol.
