PEBCAK. I don't see how this ticket is useful. And can be closed by the owner in my opinion.

For the GitHub download, you should contact/complain to GitHub. For the PlayStore download, you should contact/complain to Google. Both above does work for me and many other people, I haven't tried f-droid though, but again you should contact f-droid if you have a problem with there service.
