cluster-hostname can not be started correctly

config file env/cluster-hostname.env has a fatal error that case cluster can not be started when use example/cluster-hostname.yml to create a nacos cluster. NACOS_SERVERS=nacos1:8848 nacos2:8849 nacos3:8850 this will case cluster state incorrect while some node show 3 node but 2 down, some node show 4 node with 2 up 2 down, some node show 4 node and 1 up 3 down.

the correct config should be NACOS_SERVERS=nacos1:8848 nacos2:8848 nacos3:8848
