Feature Request: TCX for indoor non-GPS biking to export with detailed heart rate data

It would be great to have to ability to export TCX file for indoor non-GPS biking activity with detailed heard rate data, and not just a summary.

Also, the ability to export Sleep, exercise, etc details for a single item, instead of all activities/last 100 activities would be nice.
