A new version of Ablog (v0.9.0) is out at [this repo.](https://github.com/sunpy/ablog) This issue should be fixed now but we made it explicitly support Sphinx`>=1.6`.

See #89 for a hack around for this problem.

The authorship of this package is given as the sunpy community, the same goes for any publication. This should be extended to the files that have the ``__author__``.

Then we should do the same for all map sources.

Either the map sources should be one class per file or the tests should be collected together to match the map sources files

Also added copy button so I can use $ in the code blocks.

Hopefully all the comments are addressed, I lost track as I had to go do Yoga and forgot.
